Refund Policy
Beta Period — Free Sessions
During our beta phase, all consultations are offered free of charge. No payment is collected, so no refund is applicable. If you are unsatisfied with a session during beta, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a complimentary follow-up session with a different astrologer.
Post-Beta — Paid Sessions
After the beta period, the following refund policy applies:
- Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- 50% refund or reschedule if cancelled between 2–24 hours before the session.
- Dissatisfaction guarantee — if you feel your session did not meet expectations, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free follow-up with a different astrologer, or provide a full refund. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
