Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. When you purchase a talk-time plan, the minutes are credited to your AstroGanesh wallet instantly. Purchased talk-time is non-refundable once used in a completed consultation.

Unused talk-time from a purchase can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no consultation has been booked using those minutes. Contact our support team to initiate a refund.

When you book a consultation, talk-time minutes are deducted from your wallet upfront. If you cancel, minutes are refunded to your wallet based on when you cancel:

• After confirmation — a cancellation penalty may apply based on how close the session is. The remaining talk-time is refunded to your wallet. Penalty rates are determined by the time remaining until the session.
• Astrologer no-show or platform fault — full talk-time refund to your wallet, no penalty. If our system fails to match you with an astrologer, your minutes are returned automatically.

You can reschedule a confirmed booking at no cost if the booking is still pending confirmation. For confirmed bookings, a reschedule request is sent to the astrologer for approval. No talk-time is deducted for rescheduling — your original booking minutes carry over to the new time.

If you are dissatisfied with a consultation, contact us within 48 hours of the session. Our compliance team reviews flagged sessions and may offer a complimentary follow-up with a different astrologer or a full talk-time refund at our discretion.

If you are eligible for a monetary refund (not just wallet talk-time credit), it will be processed via Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund eligibility is limited to unused talk-time within the refund window.
