• Astrologers: Birth details and session messages necessary to conduct your consultation

You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or on the web at astroganesh.ai/delete-account. When you delete your account:

• It is deactivated and you are signed out on all devices; you can no longer access it.
• Your account information is retained so your account can be restored if you sign in again with the same phone number or Google account.
• Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (such as payment and transaction records) are retained for the period required by applicable law — in India, up to 8 years for financial records — and are then deleted or anonymised.

If you would like your personal data permanently erased rather than retained for restoration, email privacy@astroganesh.ai and we will process your request, subject to the legal retention requirements above.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information
