How does a live video session work?
You book a time slot, enter your birth details (date, time, and place), and connect with your chosen astrologer via a live video call. During the session, the astrologer reads your Kundli in real time while our AI captures the reasoning chain — every house, planet, and transit discussed. After the session, you receive a structured case study report.
Are the astrologers verified?
Every astrologer on AstroGanesh passes a three-stage screening: credential verification (degrees, lineage, publications), a practical test reading evaluated by a senior panel, and ongoing peer review of their live sessions. We reject over 80% of applicants.
What do I receive after a session?
You receive a detailed PDF case study report containing: your complete natal chart with planetary positions, the astrologer's chain of reasoning, specific Jyotish calculations referenced, key yogas and dasha analysis, personalized remedies, and a summary of all insights discussed during the session.
Is my birth data kept private?
Absolutely. All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your birth details are only shared with the astrologer assigned to your session and are never sold or shared with third parties. You can request full data deletion at any time.
How is the pricing structured?
During our beta phase, sessions are free for early adopters. After beta, we plan transparent fixed pricing per session — no per-minute charges, no hidden fees. Early adopters who join during beta will receive priority access and exclusive rates.
Can I choose my astrologer?
Yes. Browse our panel of verified experts, read their profiles, specializations, and ratings, then book directly with the astrologer of your choice. Each astrologer lists their expertise areas so you can find the best fit for your questions.
What if I'm not satisfied with my reading?
We stand behind the quality of our astrologers. If you feel your session didn't meet expectations, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a complimentary follow-up session with a different astrologer, or provide a full refund — no questions asked.
